All the art pieces displayed on this website for the purpose of selling are original works done by the artist Radhika Hamlai. They are no way associated or affiliated with any other artist in any form. Radhika Hamlai is the sole creator and curator of all these art pieces.

Since the works/art pieces sold here are original and exclusive, they are not in the print format, they have been handmade by Radhika Hamlai from scratch. The frames shown are not included with the works and a buyer would only receive the works/art pieces. The frames can be bought by the buyer from an external source as per their liking.

The works will be shipped through DHL and delivered in a roll form. The works/art pieces are packaged in a way that it remains safe during the process of delivery.

As for the insurance and shipping charges, they are not included with the displayed price and can vary depending on various factors.

An art piece once bough cannot be returned or cancelled.

Along with an art piece/work, the customer will also be awarded/given/provided with a certificate of Authenticity that would ensure that the buyer has complete ownership rights over the art piece and Radhika Hamlai is no more associated with it.

For a person to commission an artwork, they’ll be required to pay 50% of the total amount in advance while placing the order. The rest 50% is to be paid once the commissioned artwork is complete. The price of a commissioned artwork can vary depending on the size, style and form.
